Tie up some egg patterns using apricot Bug Shop yarn. Place enough split shot about three feet above the egg and enough to get down to the bottom in strong current. Very, very effective.

Agree with Mark / Brown Bear, olive jigs work really well. Throwing crank baits at the bank work really well also. Three to four inch baits colored like a cutthroat stocker can crush big brown trout...
